Today I'm gonna start my fat burnner program...
From Now I'll write in a small booklet, my weight per week, my feelings day by day.
I'll tray to be more reasonnable.
I planned to go to the sports between 3 and 5 times a week.
for sure on:
Monday ( 2 hours)
Wednesday (1 hour)
and Friday( 2 Hours)
I'll try to go on tuesday and weekend too, but I don't want to be in a rush.
My body needs to adapt itself to the effort.
