I'm radically against if overtime hours are recurrent

I'm not for the " I live for working" way, I prefer being with the ones I love instead of sitting alone in a room full of stress.....

If it happens from time to time ok but not everyday....

For about 3 years now I try to become what I've been....

I hope all the things around me will remain calm cause with all this stress I can't focus on myself, my pleasure, my desire and my inner being.

Inside I feel thin and I would like my outside looks like my inner being.....

is it possible?

I'm sure it is....How?

With making effort to lose weight, making a lot of sacrifices.

I think in january All things will be in order and will take place accordignly to my vision ( in some aspect of my life, cause in the other aspects maybe I won't be alone....).
