February: I'll be back to the Fitness center

I think it's time to take a decision...

So In February I'll go back to the fitness center.

It's located at 3 min of our place and on my way back from work, so, easy for me to go, and no excuse to skip the training.

I'll take an appointment to prepare a special program and follow a special diet mainly without slow sugar at night
So proteins,vegetables and fruits.

My breakfast Time
- SPK's ( chocolate)
- Orange juice
-Activia
-Coffee
- Appel

Lunch time :

- A bowl of Cucumber ( for non- Fitness days)
- 2 slices of bread - chicken or turkey Ham-with a bit of light butter ( Fitness days)
- coke light
-Random Fruit except banana's

Super time:

- Salad: Chicken, Vegetables,Potatoes or 50gr of pasta's ( for Non- Fitness days)
- "Purée minute"+ 2 slice of bread with light butter
-Yogurt light + Fruit.

I hope loosing 15 k's till July...


I plan to go on training 3 or 4 times a week ( Monday,Wednesday,Friday and saturday OR sunday depending on the week)
