
Well I didn't mentionned my weight loss for a while now...
So I'm around ( a little less than) 86 KG.... so 13.8kg lost since february....
I think I could lost more but I had a lot of problem between June and the end of September, now I can concentrate my thoughts on me and the psychologic side of losing weight and what it means for me...
So I try to stay focus on a simple target and lose at least 2 kg 'till Xmas...and 3 more KG's till February and I'll be at the very middle of the battle.
I don't put preasure upon my head but I need to have some target to suceed :o)
